I believe life is meant to be full of creativity, freedom, and deep connection. My world is a mix of movement, coaching, homesteading, and whatever creative pursuits I can get my hands on—all centered on living with intention and ease.
I’ve spent years untangling myself from the pressure to hustle, achieve, and fit into a mold. Now, I help others do the same—whether through writing, teaching, or coaching.
